Main Responsibilities include:

– Assist calendar managing, e-mail checking, phone answering, filling, oversea and local business trip arrangement, expenses reimbursement, office admin.

– Organize and follow up meetings, meeting minutes preparation.

– Compose response to routine correspondence for Managers signature.

– Type general correspondence, including letters, memos, faxes and reports etc.

– Manage and co-ordinate diaries including arranging and booking internal and external meetings.

– Handle telephone calls including responding to customer requests.

– Maintain Department Register i.e. sickness, holiday, business trips, courses…

– Maintain an effective filing system.
