We are looking for storekeeper to be based in Dubai with FMCG Distribution experience. Ideal candidate should be a Graduate, a tech savy with minimum 3-4 years of experience in handling Warehouse Management system/software (ODOO/SAP). Should be proficient in recording products details, inward/outward movements in the software.

-The storekeeper is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Operations by handling warehouse Management system.

– In charge of warehouse management system and ensuring the proper recording of products (items, Quantity, Physical location, expiry dates etc) in the Warehouse management system.

– Day-to-Day recording and management of stock movements in the warehouse management system both inwards and outwards.

– Coordinating with Warehouse specialist and recording the stock physical location in the Warehouse management system.

– Managing Warehouse System operator, overseeing and ensuring all the products are properly scanned before dispatch and at the time of delivery and reporting the discrepancies to the reporting manager.

– Overseeing and ensuring all daily deliveries are completed and uploaded on the system and report unfinished tasks to reporting manager.

– Coordinating with Sales department and warehouse specialist and communicating product availability, quantities, identifying physical location etc by looking the Warehouse Management system.

– Actively participate in the inventory counting by providing reports on stocks and physical location from the Warehouse Management system.

– Ensuring System stocks count is matching with Physical count.

– Prepare various MIS reports as requested by the management
