• Responsible for the project success, budget control and profitability
• Identify the required project team in line with the project’s needs and budget
• Timely issue the invoices in line with the contract conditions and fulfilling all client requirements and avoid any delay or rejection
• Follow up with the client to ensure payments are released on time and ensure requesting the required variation and additional cost where applicable in timely manner and chase the Client to get them approved and released. 
• Final review of submittals, inspections, approvals, comments, snags…etc before release to contractor to ensure acutely and it’s adherence to the contract documents and avoid any claims
• Manage the NOC’s, progress reports and site instructions. Ensure the implementation of safety and quality control procedures on site.
• Implement effective project management and control procedures in the project and provide the Client with regular progress reports in accordance with the contract requirements.
• Lead the construction supervision team on the project and act as a primary point of contact between them, the contractor and the client.
• Follow up the progress of construction works on site against the program of work and take the necessary measures to avoid or mitigate delays.
• Monitor the performance of construction supervision team on the project, including the adherence of the contract documents, achievement of their assigned tasks and milestones, and ensure they are properly trained and have access to all site equipment and tools
• Evaluate, select and adapt up to date construction management and control techniques, procedures and criteria to suit job tasks and requirements and find solutions to encountered problems and issues.
• Liaise with the client to satisfy his requirements and establish an appropriate work relationship with the contractor as may be permitted under the contract terms and conditions.
• Manage the supervision team adherence to the software and systems required for efficient administration of the project supervision tasks and activities. 
• Carry out other work duties as may be instructed by the management or as may be found necessary to assist the project team to ensure smooth completion of the project
• Evaluate, select and adapt up to date construction management and control techniques, procedures and criteria to suit job tasks and requirements and find solutions to encountered problems and issues.
• Study and review the contract documents at the beginning of the project and prepare a report addressing any found contradictions, errors or necessary design modifications, if any.
• Manage and prepare the initial and final settlements of the project.
• Manage the handing-over process, close-out documents and prepare the taking over certificate with the Snag List in line with the Contract Conditions. 
• Ensure the contractor’s full adherence to the contract requirements like performance bond, advance payments, guarantees, insurance… etc.
• Manage and control the instructed and/or proposed design changes in the project and grant variation where applicable.
