
Requirement:14 years of experience in Corporate/ consulting with CXO Leadership and stakeholders, with a proven track record of being a strategic partner on leadership developmentExperience in designing, rolling out and executing senior leadership training, mentoring and coaching programs across the businessTalent and organization development experience with specific experience in leadership programs
Responsibilities:Review critical leadership positions through a robust talent management processReview the business & leadership performance metrics and establish a clear roadmap of leadership development to address gapsDesign and manage assessment frameworks for the leadersEvaluate the impact of existing and new leadership development interventions to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance and to support leaders in achieving their full potential
