Candidate Requirements 1. Establish a strong professional reputation and positively impact customer satisfaction through effective communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. 2. Monitor the daily operation of Spa staff, ensuring high standards of service delivery. 3. Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase client base and revenue targets. 4. Recruit, train, motivate and manage the spa team, with an emphasis on fostering professionalism and excellence in customer service. 5.
