We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of Solutions Consultant – Data Centres to be based in Dubai, UAE.  In this role, you will use your extensive subject matter expertise to influence customers toward Honeywell solutions. You will provide both external and internal consultations and will help Honeywell teams develop and maintain the right product messaging, customer support, and training. You will foster cross-functional alignment to customer needs. You will participate in pursuit strategy planning, and customer negotiations. You may consult prospective users on product capability. You may provide valuable input for product development.

What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day?

·         Provide technical insight in Designing, Consultancy, Maintenance & operation of Data center, Facilities, MEP Services & LV systems

·         Data centers designing, Preparing of Concept design, ability and understanding of developing Tender documentation, RFP, selection of vendors for the project, project management & implementation as per Business needs site conditions & Tier Levels.

·         Ability and understanding of designing of data center racks, Network Structured cabling, CCTV systems & Access control system and BMS systems.

·         Ability and understanding of ICT Network Cabling & Infrastructure designing, Site survey, Project designing, (network Cabling & infrastructure), project planning, preparing of proposals & project plan as per the site survey & RFP, project execution, understanding the commissioning & testing of infrastructure & project completion as per the project plan.

·         Ability and understanding of designing & preparing concept designs, Data center rack layouts, Electrical Single line layout, Cooling, CCTV & Access control system, BMS systems in AutoCAD & Visio.

·         Operation & monitoring of performance of UPS, CCU, Fire Detection System & Liquid detection systems to achieve data center uptime of 99.98 % as per the TIER standards

·         Operation & maintenance of facilities hard & soft services

·         Participate in meetings to understand customer requirements, Due Diligence and Proposal presentation sessions

·         Interaction with client’s customers for collecting required details (Requirement Analysis) and documenting the same in terms of Knowledge Capture Document.

·         Creating Design Blueprints and Design Documents like High Level Design (HLD), Low Level Design (LLD), Migration Procedures, Fallback Procedures etc.

·         Bring technical tools, processes and products that will help to underpin key sales strategies.

·         Deliver technical training on new technology for sales professionals and external customers.

·         Responsible for demo and technical positioning of our solutions against customer needs and requirements.

·         Review and ensure compliance with specification requirements.

·         Support sales professionals during technical and risk review processes.

·         Support bid response, functional system review, competitive comparison and review for accurate estimates and new applications of technology.
