• To Manage our social media channel to sustain an engaging audience and to increase audience satisfaction and sales.
• To Respond the customer messages and phone calls and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction with accuracy and professionalism while customer orders on online channels.
• Ensure resolution to customer complaints, returns, replacements and cancellations
• Assisting manager in operations.
• Local Hire only (inside Qatar)
• Freshers Can Also Apply
