• To Respond the customer messages and phone calls and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction with accuracy and professionalism while customer orders on online channels.

• Ensure resolution to customer complaints, returns, replacements and cancellations

• Assisting manager in operations.

• Local Hire only (inside Qatar)
