We are a fashion and accessories brand looking for an experienced and creative Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and to improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the owner and need to report the progress on daily basis. Qualifications and Experience: • Degree in Media or Marketing. • 3 years’ experience in social media marketing in an agency set up. • Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+ and other social media best practices. • Experience in advertising, PR, email marketing, storytelling, and conducting social media surveys. • Experience in editing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Canva etc.) • Creative and able to think outside the box. • Proficient with Microsoft Office products. • Understanding of commercial strategy and processes • Understanding of business and product strategy. • Lead generation campaign management • Always up-to-date on latest changes in the social media spectrum. • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing. • E-commerce knowledge. • Bilingual in Arabic and English Role Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. • Define most important social media KPIs. • Create and maintain a social media calendar with a clear posting schedule. • Create and manage social media content daily in all our social media platforms. • Run email marketing campaigns. • Measure the success of every social media campaign. • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies. • Monitor SEO and user engagement and do content optimization. • Lead on a generation of video content for the company. • Implement new ideas to develop brand awareness. • Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users. • Analyse the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan. • Grow sales and online presence. • Update and answer on a daily basis. Visa and insurance will be provided Salary: AED 4500 – AED 6000 per month
