Our client is a consumer electronics company. They are now looking for a Social Media Executive to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Social Media management and moderation for two platforms:
- Oversees all company social media accounts management
- Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
– Coordinates social media messaging/content by briefing assets to creative team/agencies and drafting suitable captions
– Submit calendar for approval to the EMEA Head of Social manager monthly
– Create editorial calendars and syndication schedule
– Partake in all EMEA discussions to adopt best practices for MEA region
– Responding to comments/DMs and routing concerns/customer issues to the right teams
- Tracking Social Media Influencers
- Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
- Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
