Newly opened Carpets and Arts Store is searching for a persuasive showroom manager to set and smash sales targets. To achieve these objectives, they’ll be required to manage the showroom, coach and mentor employees, and monitor inventory.

As an expert in sales, you will also be required to attract and secure new business. Ultimately, the showroom manager needs to have the capacity to establish and maintain relationships with designers, architects, vendors, customers, and must be able to attract audiences through web, phone, social media, and report on buying trends and customer’s needs.

Management Responsibilities:

·       Plan, promote, and market the business effectively.

·       Showroom administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

·       Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.

·       Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.

·       Manage budgets and maintain statistical and financial records.

·       Ensure proper communication with clients, vendors, and management.

Administrative Responsibilities:

·       Understand all products (Carpets and Artwork).

·       Maintains staff by selecting, recruiting, orienting, and training employees.

·       Supervise staff and make sure they abide by the company’s rules and regulations.

·       Train staff on effective sales and communication strategies.

·       Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment.

·       Arrange stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement.

·       Oversee pricing, inventory control, and ensure sure that all staff is solely using company software.

·       Ordering, receiving, price changes, handling damaged products, and returns.

·       Maintain accurate CRM software information, for sales, inventory, billing, and invoicing.

·       Problem solving when dealing with customers and maintain the highest levels of satisfaction when dealing with complaints and issues.
