Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate shop staff, provide training, set performance targets, and ensure exceptional customer service standards. Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product knowledge, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Sales Management: Monitor sales targets, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and meet sales goals. Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and coordinate restocking and product displays. Visual Merchandising: Ensure attractive and visually appealing store displays, arrange products, and maintain a clean and organized shop environment. Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and manage cash registers in compliance with company policies. Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports, track inventory levels, and provide feedback to management on shop performance. Requirements:

Previous experience as a Shop Supervisor or in a similar retail leadership role. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques. Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Benefits:
