We are looking for a data-driven Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the ideation, build, lunch, and test of our upcoming disruptive product. The ideal candidate has a solid technical background and system engineering/design and can quickly absorb new information. In this dynamic role, you will work directly with our other product and engineering teams to ensure our products can provide high-quality service to fulfill the needs of our stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, implement and support a best-in-class Enterprise solution application.
- Act as the voice of the user. Build deep customer understanding via meetings, surveys, analytics, beta testing and usability research with the results summarized in personas that connects customer needs to the solutions
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.
- Collaborate with UI/UX to ensure all mock-ups are converted to actual design that fits with the requirements.
- Collaborate with product teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs.
- Collaborate with Ops to get customer feedback and continuously improve the product.
- Conduct market research and review competitors.
- Be the high-availability resource for answering questions posed by engineers about stories in the backlog on a day-to-day basis.
- Author of user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure that story content and prioritization is aligned with larger strategic objectives.
- Conduct stand-ups, grooming meetings, estimation meetings, retrospectives, and other key meetings for the scrum team.
- Manage scope and drive trade-off decisions in conjunction with external stakeholders.
- Identify blockers that will impact timeline, scope, cost, or other project variables and escalate to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintain product documentation to ensure all stakeholders are up to date.
