*Our ideal candidate should possess a minimum experience of 3-5 years in a similar position in a related industry. *Experience in managing a store of Electromechanical work-related materials is mandatory. *Bachelor’s Degree

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Sr. Store Keeper to join our team. The store Keeper will manage the store at the construction site by the health and safety guidelines. Will typically work closely with the Site Engineer/Project Manager, responsible for managing the projects.

Responsibilities Include: • Exercise general control over all activities in Stores. • Ensure safekeeping of both to quality and quantity of materials. • Maintain accurate inventory records. • Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders; process and distribute documentation with purchase orders • Check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control. • Monitor and pro‐actively take action in response to site needs/ requests for materials. • Anticipate and proactively elevate potential challenges/problems. • Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs, and surplus supply. • Monitors and pro‐actively takes actions in response to site needs/ requests for material
