Job Description:Â
- Assisting the head chef in planning and supervising the food preparation process.
- Overseeing the kitchen staff and ensuring that they follow recipes and food safety standards.
- Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards set by the head chef.
- Ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard of quality and taste.
- Managing inventory and ordering food supplies to ensure that the kitchen is fully stocked.
