Our client is a well known MSP company that is specialised in telecommunications, IT, and private cloud, with operations in many continents, are looking for a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer with below job description.

Note: only cadidtes with extensive work experience in MSP or currently working in MSP will be considered for this application.

Job Purpose Summary

The Presales Infrastructure Engineer will be part of our Team supporting our Dubai services offering. The role offers

an opportunity to be involved at the design stage of the customer solution and be involved in the pre‐sale

opportunity with the local Sales team in various UAE markets. You would be working with our clients to design

Infrastructure solutions to their challenges, work with our team to innovate new solutions and help shape the

product portfolio that we offer. This will be an opportunity for an individual with engineering experience to move

into a Pre‐sales role and gain valuable commercial experience with a primary focus on the Infrastructure builds and

ongoing support.

Responsibilities

 Support the sales team in designing virtual infrastructure platforms in our Datacenter and end‐user client sites

 Share design feedback and provide technical and procedural guidance to the implementation team

 Conduct conversations at the executive layer as well as conveying both technical and business merits of our solution to the relevant parties

 Define customer’s problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

 Bridge internal customer gaps and adversarial/disparate groups within customer organization and win them over to our solutions

 Provide information about competitive products and clearly differentiate the advantages and disadvantages of the offerings based on real‐world experience

 Creation and delivery of architecture proposals, as well as the development and delivery of Solution Briefs that fit within company guidelines

 Lead responses to POCs, RFPs, RFQs and RFIs as defined by the customer

 Read, analyse, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations

 Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public

 Help articulate the IaaS, DRaaS and BUaaS cloud solutions and services

 Gather Customer requirements and map them closely to a solution

 Help in the documentation of the proposed solution

 Liaise with vendors to assure the various elements of the solution and provide appropriate Bill of Materials

 Demonstrate the solution to customers

 Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
