Job Specifications (but not limited to)

• Manage large scale projects through all design stages.
• Work closely with Senior Management to establish and / or understand internal resources time & cost targets – execute project deliverables in line with the same.
• Establish project protocols / executive plans / procedures in line with Employer requirements.
• Oversee the design & documentation process.
• Attend / chair / minute project meetings as required within the consultancy agreement.
• Oversee submissions to Authorities & service providers.
• Take responsibility for writing specifications.
• Take responsibility for issued information for each stage of the project.
• Be aware of project budgetary constraints – work closely with the project cost consultant to ensure designs are executed with directed parameters.
• Work closely with the team and project cost consultant to develop and / or understand the procurement strategy and execute tender stage services.
