Responsibilities
-  · Undertake sales presentations to customers and business communities to present the company and its product
- · Identify new business opportunities and convert them into revenues by achieving his annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
- · Provide superior customer service in a very competitive market. Solicit new business through cold calls, prospects, and client referrals.
-  · Maintains a high level of communications and transparency
-  · Responsible for identifying, managing, strengthening, and growing partnerships and enterprise accounts to support and fuel CallPanda mission and goals
- . · Establish and enhance relationships with enterprise customers and partners Identify new opportunities and go-to-market solutions to improve the end-user experience and increase adoption
- · Build long-term trusting relationships, properly presenting our mission and offerings to prospects, clients, and/or strategic partnerships
-  · Representing CallPanda with local alliances, associations, and forums. Sales Forecasting and Budgeting · Keeping up to date CRM/Documents records
-  · Renew customers at their anniversary date · Upgrade customers to the proper subscription level
-  · Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale
- . · Develop and maintain strong relationships with critical business stakeholders across client enterprise; build new relationships in new areas of client business
