We are looking for a Female Operations Executive to support our operations and coordinate with our clients to make sure for a smooth day-to-day operation.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Develop, manage and assist channel partners/Agencies in achieving their sales targets.

·         Engage partner sales/account teams to identify opportunities for new business.

·         Develop, manage and report on partner sales funnel with accountability on revenue targets.

·         Work hand-in-hand with partners through entire sales process including sales materials, customer explanations, etc.

·         Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.

·         Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.

·         Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new solutions/opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

·         Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

·         Preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.

·         Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

·         Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
