- Lead the development and implementation of sales, marketing, and pricing strategies to maximize sales and increase market share.
- Grow portfolio of products by targeting new vendors.
- Review the current year performance; propose the coming year annual sales target according to market and economical views in line with sales strategy and senior management vision.
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to grow sales, improve communications, and drive brand and product and services awareness
- Transform product positioning & mix through realignment of brands with profit targets, market trends & customer needs.
- Enhance customer service and minimize issues and tackling them until resolved including collections.
- Create and develop an annual department budget to help in preparing optimal cash flow under the supervision and cooperation of sales & business development manager and finance management in order to enhance accuracy and cut costs.
- Maintain competitive positioning via regular competitive analysis, market/industry research, customer analysis and introducing new products.
- Leverage knowledge of the industry and KPI’s – Key performance indicators – to measure team performance
- Maintain smooth communications with the team to report on performance to top management.
