About the Role @ BrightCHAMPS Roles & Responsibilities
- Initiating communication with parents whose kids have completed Demo with BrightCHAMPS.
- Rigorously following up the leads via a variety of channels likePhone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, emails etc. Extensively communicating the curriculum and other USPs of the product (profiles of our champion teachers for example) Achieve realistically set weekly targets in a performance centric, competitive environment.
Our Interview Process
We will have 2 rounds of interviews after shortlisting candidate’s profile. We will complete the entire process within 3 days.
Round 1: Interview with one of our sales superstars
Round 2: Interview with the Sales Director. Exceptionally high-performance linked incentives Extremely swift career progression along with progressively higher incentives as you get promoted (evaluation is entirely dependent on performance)
UPTO AED 5000 per month Fixed CTC component for the open positions Sales Intern: AED 9000 yearly Assistant sales manager: AED 15000 yearly Sales Manager: AED 21000 yearly
