
- Execute day-to-day administration of assigned department/task (If required)
- Proposal creation & Coordination with guest for event detailing and managing the queries
- BEO creation Opera management for events and account creation
- Report generation and consolidation for weekly meetings from opera
- Database management
- Follow-up on events details /menus/ setups/ spl. requirements etc.
- Cascading event details on time to respective delivery departments to meet clients’ expectations.
- Consolidate event feedback, ensure action if required and keep the record for future event.
- Liaise with finance for tax invoice and billing closures for events
- Assist in the design and implementation of successful marketing campaigns.
- Assist with planning and coordinating photoshoots
- Register vendors with MOHG P&C and coordinator with vendors on site
- Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials
- Organize promotional activities for new products/services
- Manage leads that come in through WhatsApp for Business
- Schedule Instagram posts
- Research on upcoming social media trends
- Create presentations
