We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Consultant who will plan, execute, and drive the sales targets along with various business unit heads. You will have to define strategies and focus on activities that will help the sales team achieve better sales results.

You will guide the sales team to improve their skills and motivate them to deliver quality performance. You should have a good knowledge of various sales techniques and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare Sales and Marketing plans/forecasts as per the business domain

Discuss and identify the client requirements in terms of their sales targets

Monitor the performance of all Sales Handlers and identify areas of improvement.

Develop a relationship with the sales team that makes it easy to communicate their ideas and issues they are facing.

Onboard and train new hires.

Set learning and financial objectives for the team

Develop learning material for the sales staff.

Design training courses, coaching sessions, and other role-playing activities.

Establish training needs by observing sales encounters, studying sales performance, and reports

Collect feedback regarding training programs.

Provide an estimate of the budget for training programs.

Prepare and present reports to the Sales Manager.

Stay up to date with the new market trends and demands of a corporate sales environment.
