About Farmily Market Project:

Farmily Market is a unique and innovative project involving mobile sale of fresh fruits and vegetable to certain consumer groups in the UAE. 

Main duties & Responsibilities:

The Sales Agents will be the direct point of contact with customers during sales hours and will handle the sale of products as instructed in the project plan. The Sales Agent is expected to have excellent communication skills, interacting comfortably in the English language and/or Arabic with customers and helping customers with purchases. Sales Agent will be in regular contact with Sales Supervisor (Rover) and order fresh supplies as and when needed. 

The Sales Agent shall be responsible for the following tasks:

• Ensure flawless arrangement, sorting and display of products in the appropriate places.
• Prepare and display product introduction, including name, country of origin, price, etc
• Negotiate smooth and efficient access to sale sites every day
• Greet and interact with customers with an excellent communication skill.
• Provide customers with information about products.
• Help customers to find the products.
• Monitor inventory/stock for products and order more supplies through Rovers if necessary
• Continuously monitor and control quality of products take effective measures as necessary.
• Man ‘point of sale’ (POS), collecting payments in cash, card or voucher.
• Report on sales to Sales Supervisor/Rover on state of inventory and cash account.
• Collect feedback from customers on products and services
• Ensure customer complaints are heard and efficiently addressed.
• Make recommendations and changes in marketing strategies as appropriate.
• Other task as may be assigned by the Rover/Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• A degree in sales, marketing, commerce or a related field would be advantageous
• Basic knowledge of mathematic
• knowledge of English and Arabic both written and verbal would be a plus point
• At least have 2 years of experience in sales
