
Optifashion is looking for a skilled Sales Administrator who will be supporting our B2B sales in a well-organised, efficient, and customer-oriented manner. This is a full-time role in the company’s Head Office.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales operations by processing sales and purchase orders in the Odoo system;
- Issue sales invoices to customers in a timely and customer-oriented manner;
- Enter Item Master data provided by suppliers to the system;
- Effectively communicate and cooperate with customers, suppliers, and other Company’s departments to ensure smooth sales/purchase transactions;
- Maintain and update sales records;
- Provide information about inventory, prices, sales transactions to the management;
- Assist the Sales department with administrative tasks when required.
