LET’S VAPE started in Dubai as an online store, now we are the biggest online vape store in UAE.

Starting from 2019 we have moved from being an only online store to open physical stores after the new regulations in the UAE.

Our branches in Tecom, Mall of Emirates, Deira City Center, JBR, Business Bay, Box Park, Blue Waters, Silicon Oasis, IMPZ, Karama, DIP, Century Mall and Qusais are the first licensed vape shops in UAE.

Since the opening of our first store, we are seeing a huge demand and gross on our sales and customer base.

We are planning to open multiple stores all over GCC + Egypt and to be one of the leading names in middle east in the near future.

Job Brief

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our stores and a positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Cross-sell products
• Manage returns
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Maximize sales and provide excellent customer and after-sales service.
• Actively develop new clients and consistently strengthen existing client relationships.
• Play an active role in maintaining a positive and professional working environment
• Highlight the house differentiation by maintaining a high level of product knowledge and keep up to date with market trends and competitors
• Possess the ability to work well in a team and the willingness to support and assist your colleagues
• Promote the brand’s culture internally and externally, acting as a brand ambassador at all times
• Maintain grooming and appearance standards, whilst respecting guidelines.
• Arrange and replenish on a continuous basis the shop shelves and ensure that the shop floor and shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times in alignment with the brand’s image and coordination standards
• Ensure smooth and efficient receiving process of items/shipments, as well as accurate stock keeping preventing security risks and thefts by performing physical and electronic inventory as required, reporting broken alarms, incidents, suspicious activities
• Handle cash register and transactions with the customers in an effective and accurate manner as required
