Job Opportunity Details: We are looking for a versatile and highly-organized Female secretary to perform personalized duties for our Company owner. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling corence on behalf of the company director. You may also be asked to assist with other duties when required.
Responsibilities: · Reporting to the company owner and performing secretarial and administrative duties. · Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations. · Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records. · Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements. · Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders. · Copying and scanning documents, as well as taking notes. · Managing mail and courier services. · Observing best business practices and etiquette.
Starting Salary: AED 4,000 to 5,000/-
Work timings: 9 am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday
