- Maintaining contact with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Following up on contacts for future business prospects
- Build and maintain a client portfolio of active clients
- Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to customers in a timely manner
- Dealing with issues and complaints through to resolution
- Following all contact with clients updating CRM with accurate information
- Learn and maintain a good knowledge of the company’s products and services
- Inform clients of any new products and promotions that the company introduces
- Meeting company core values on a daily basis, inside and outside the office
