SAM BOX- A Leading baby products distributor based in Dubai is looking for Offline Sales Manager for its expansion in retail outlets across UAE/GCC. The Retail Sales Manager will be required to find new offline retailers, for our products across GCC.

Must Have-

4+ yrs Experience in Baby, Kids & Moms category is a must with a good network in retail chains across UAE & GCC

Current Working relation with Kids, Mums and Baby Products with a good network in retail

Preferable from Kids product Distributor

Must be a go-getter with performance results from first month itself

Job Role

Present the product and services to generate sales through retail stores.

Proactively promote and sell the products.

Contribute to the development of commercial intelligence through customer interaction or visitors’ information.

To maintain required records, provide feedback and serve as the direct point of interaction between retail shops/chains customers and other stakeholders

Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, and payment collection, result tracking and trouble shooting

Product selection, presentation and promotional planning for revenue growth

Start-up acumen along with strong work ethics and get work done

Good business judgment, prioritization, focus and ability to make decisions while working in a highly charged environment
