Main project activities include the following:
- Project planning and tracking scope and related costs using appropriate tools and level of detail needed by the project
- Project communication and day-to-day management of the project
- Management of the overall project schedule and deliverables
- Coordination of team resources and assignments to guarantee project milestones are met
- Manage change requests, the impact on the implementation timeline, and the impact on the project costs, and review with relevant parties to check understanding
- Manage project risks, scope, issues and escalations
- Prepare and present status reports and attend regular status calls with the client and partners as appropriate
- Prepare steering committee
