As the Recruitment manager you will have full scope of the Middle East and KSA, you will have 1 direct reportee and sit as a key member of the HR team, this role will involve a high volume of recruitment and managing the full talent management process.

The client is a global consultancy business based in the heart of Dubai, this role offers a wide scope and a heavy volume of recruitment looking to hire 100+ heads for 2023.

Description

The Key responsibilities will include:

Working independently and hiring for 4 major offices in UAE, Saudi, Lebanon, and India.

Management of the end-to-end recruitment process for Graduate and Senior Hires candidates from application to offer stage.

Maintaining candidate information in database, capturing important information, screening applications.

Organising and executing on-campus events with global and local leading partner business schools and universities. This involves designing a targeted & tailored strategy for each school, to ensure candidates are effectively engaged.

Supporting the Talent Management process by preparing the bi-annual career reviews and supporting the consultants project reviews and performance.

Organising the first week of inductions and deliver on-boarding sessions for new hires.

Working closely with the HR Manager in designing and implementing new initiatives to attract talent, and to gain a competitive advantage at recruitment events.

Profile

The Successful candidate will have/be

Solid understanding of Talent Management process

Minimum 5+ year’s experience in Recruitment

Management Consultancy experience strongly preferred

Excellent administrative and organisational ability

High standard of written and spoken English

IT literacy:

Essential – Intermediate/Advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Arabic speaker is preferable

Job Offer

A Salary of 22,000 AED to 24,000 AED
