Government services organisation providing medical fitness services in Sharjah is seeking two experienced Receptionists.
One receptionist must be fluent/native Arabic and the other must be fluent English/Western.
Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Welcoming all visitors and VIP guests by upholding professional standards of conduct
- Ensure all guests are well assisted, escorted to the correct place and given the correct information
- Assist clients with the self-service kiosk
- Maintain the busy switchboard, connecting calls, handling enquiries and screening calls when necessary
- Document receipt, dispatch and delivery and data/communication handling
- Check all customer documents as they enter and ensure all the required documents are in order
- Other ad-hoc administrative and customer service duties required as and when necessary
Salary 3-5k per month and standard benefits as per labour law.Â
