Dubai Real Estate Team Leader

• Real Estate Brokerage experience – working with the same position
• The purpose of this job is to build the team, motivating and delivering sales targets on a monthly basis.
• The right candidate will have experience as a Manager running sales teams and be able to demonstrate a proven track record.
• Managing a team of sales professionals
• Directly accountable for the delivery of the sales objectives
• Should assess and review business approach, devise and implement target based sales strategy and monitor sales performance
• Exposure to regional and global markets
• Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets
• Functional & Technical Skills
• Strong sales activity management experience
• Lead and train the sales team to achieve stretch targets
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• A good negotiator and a strong leader
• Drive & passion to roll up the sleeves and get the job done
• Maintain customers profile report and follow up on leads.
• Good Team Leader, Sales Oriented & Commission Driven.

• Must have his/her own stock
• Must have a detailed knowledge of property, contract and agency laws relevant to buying, selling and leasing property.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Self-motivation, creativity, and the ability to be an inspiring leader.
• Superior management and professional leadership skills; capable managing a team.
• Strong understanding of Real Estate law and local fair housing laws and provisions.
• Strong adherence to ethical standards including, but not limited to, the ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain fiduciary responsibility. Must have a detailed knowledge of property, contract and agency laws relevant to buying, selling and leasing property.
