We are looking for an organized real estate assistant to support our real estate team. The real estate assistant’s responsibilities include telephone duties, ordering supplies, preparing and distributing marketing materials, documentation, and reports.

Responsibilities
Addressing client queries and scheduling appointments
Making follow-up calls
Scheduling meetings between the buyer and seller

Requirements
High school diploma or degree in any discipline
0-2 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
Knowledge of real estate industry trends and best practices
