Quality Engineer – Masadirservices Latest Job In Dubai UAE



  • Support and be compliant to Calidus Management System (Quality, Organizational Safety & Health, Environment & Sustainability, Information Security, Flight Safety, Code of Conduct) and company policies, procedures, and instructions.
  • Follow organizational safety and health rules and work in safe manner.
  • Perform other jobs related duties as assigned.
  • Quality Planning (Product) under supervision: advanced quality planning, inspection, control, and assurance.
  • Quality Management (Product and Processes): support for performance monitoring, requirements & standards compliance.
  • Quality System: audit support.
  • Programs Quality – Execution under supervision: conformity assurance to Standards.
  • Supplier Quality – Execution under supervision: requirements assurance, Supply Chain quality performance monitoring and management.
  • Software Quality – verification & validation processes, requirements assurance.
  • Product & Process Qualification: execution, implementation, monitoring.
  • Training: conducts internal training related to Quality, supporting processes (FOD Program, etc.), standards & regulations.
  • Activities & Job Responsibilities:
  • Preparing under supervision Procedures, Instructions, Forms, Flow Diagram according to the applicable aeronautical regulations, standards ISO9001, AS9100, AS9110 and other relevant standards.
  • Mapping macroprocess map and area SIPOC and its respective Flow diagram.
  • Intra areas coordination to develop their process interaction.
  • Using the lessons learned and background to define the Control Plans, Program Quality Plans, Test Plans, Qualification Plans, and others related to product Quality.
  • Perform Suppliers performance management.
  • Reports any non-conformances to Calidus Management System (Quality, Safety, Information Security).
  • Follows organizational safety and health rules and works in safe manner.
  • Processes and Records: management, identification, generation, execution, addressment.
