Main Job Responsibilities:

1-     To Achieve quality insurance for inbound and outbound goods and ensure goods conformity for specifications. 

2-     Conduct the necessary inspection for goods and ensure

3-     To implement quality and hygiene practices.

4-     Responsible for checking the cleanliness of the warehouse.

5- Responsible to train staff on food safety and hygiene.

Detailed Duties

Technical Job Responsibilities: 

1-     Inspect all inbound goods and issue report with full details includes kind of items, the case of each item, date and time of receiving, import country, quantity, storage and transportation temperature, and any other details.

2-     Inspect all outbound goods before leaving the warehouse to ensure its quality and issue out permission.

3-     Following the implementation of all procedures of goods storing, transferring, and sorting to avoid goods damaging and keep it with good case.

4-     Following all operations of foodstuff destruction based on adopted procedures.

5-     Issuing monthly report about quality of all goods and quality of storing, transportation, and sorting operations. The report should show any incorrect practices may effect on the goods quality and required corrective actions.

6-     Issuing special monthly report for all customer complaints and corrective actions. 

7-      Coordination with logistics, operations, and sales affairs for checking and inspections all inbound and outbound goods.

8-     Any other works related to quality controlling based on direct in-charge directions. 

Administrative tasks

1-     Conduct training for foreman, drivers, and laborers for the best practices to ensure the high quality of goods during transportation, storing, and sorting goods.

2-     Prepare the standards, policies, and procedures of storing, transporting, and distributing all kinds of foods includes vegetables and fruits and updated these policies and procedures continuously. 

3-     Maintain all records and documents related to quality controlling and quality assurance.

4-     Evaluate suppliers based on specific quality measurements.

5-     Responsible about all ISO affairs to obtain and renew ISO certificates.

Coordination and follow up all inspections and auditing operations.
