
- Must have master’s degree or Higher from an accredited University in Food Science or Food Microbiology or similar.
- 15+ Years of work Experience in managing HSEQ functions in Large Catering Companies out of which 10+ years of Managerial experience.
- Approved Trainer for Food Safety Level 4 / HACCP Level 4 and Health Safety Qualifications
- Grad IOSHÂ
- In depth knowledge about implementation and maintenance of various Quality, Food Safety, Health Safety and Environment management programs
- Lead Auditor in ISO standards (22000:2018, 45001:2018, 9001:15 or 14001:2015)
- In depth knowledge on Legal requirements for food sector in United Arab Emirates, Abudhabi in particular.Â
- Self-driven leader who is enthusiastic and have exceptional leadership skills.
- Hands down experience in managing Staff welfare programs, Driving Sustainability initiatives and Corporate Social Responsibility programs.
