1. Day to day plant & R & D batches in process & final samples analysis 2. Standardization of reagents 3. Maintaining reagents stocks as per standard practices & indenting well in advance on basis of rate of consumption. 4. Conducting lab experiments as & when required 5. Calibrations of lab measuring equipment as per schedule 6. Documentation & reports preparations 7. Performance analysis as & when required by Production & R & D managers 8. Observing safety rules 9. Indenting lab reagents & test materials 10. Attending customers complaints joint testing if required 11. Preparation of samples for internal testing & submitting to customers. 12. Maintaining laboratory ware breakages records & indenting on basis of availability for performing tests 13. Preserving samples with proper TOS & TIS coding numbers 14. Preparing coring audit documents & attending quality assurance audits internal & external 15. Water analysis SEWA/Boiler/Well /evaporation recycled etc. 16. In case of emergency play role as a Co-ordinator & assist to On-seen controller.
