QA Engineer or QA Officer is required for one of the biggest Infrastruction Company in Qatar. Candidate must have atleast 10 yrs of experience on the same field with transferable visa. ISO CERTIFICATION IS  A MUST.

-Support the QA Manager in the development, implementation, monitoring and review of the Integrated Management System. Develop, implement, maintain and monitor tools and registers to capture and report on performance of the Integrated Management System.

-Facilitates the definition of the management system requirements; strategy, policies, manuals and processes in coordination with the QA Manager

-Ensure Department Heads define, implement and monitor processes and procedures to deliver within their defined scope

-Develop, implement and maintain relevant document registers for the Company Management System

-Ensure Project Managers define, implement and monitor processes and procedures to deliver within their defined scope

-Advise project teams with regard to development and implementation of their project management system

-Monitor implementation of the management system at both Company and Projects in accordance with the defined management systems and contractual requirements

-Manage the implementation of the QSE Audit Program in cooperation with the QA Manager

-Ensure the QSE Audit Program is implemented at Project level in cooperation with the Project QA/QC & HSE Teams

-Conduct internal audits in accordance with the defined systems and procedures

-Contribute to the preparation of tender submissions as necessary in coordination with the QA Manager

-Prepare information for the Management Review and ensure the meeting is held and recorded

-Manage and follow-up actions arising from the Management Review in coordination with the QA Manager

-Establish and implement regular performance reporting of the management systems-Manage Corrective Action Requests at Company level and ensure root cause and proposed actions are appropriate, implemented, closed out and followed-up in a timely manner

-Ensure Non-conformance Reports and Corrective Action Requests at Project level are managed and recorded in accordance with the Company and Project rules

-Develop, implement, monitor and manage database and reporting tools for capture of information related to NCR, CAR and RFI processes
