Job duties: –
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives Achieving Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Relaying information from upper management to department staff about sales quotas to divide among Sales Representatives. Apprise and monitoring the sales team Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions Acted as an intermediary in negotiations between sellers and buyers over property prices and settlement deals. Understand and keep up to date with the current market trend Build and establish good working relationship with both the buyers and the sellers Maintain a database of commercial, and residential properties available on the property market Requirements :
Real Estate background is must with 3 to 10 years’ experience maximum in the same field Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position ( Team Leader) in any field ( Real Estate / Banking / Insurance … ) Knowledge of Abu Dhabi / Dubai Real Estate market, laws and procedures experience and selling properties in UAE.
Willing to grow within the company in the long-term run Available in Abu Dhabi Immediate Joining Driving License and CAR is a MUST Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
