
Sales Generation
·        Analyse market trends and demographics to identify the most requested and profitable areas.
- Maintain and regularly update an extensive database of all properties for sale.
- Achieve monthly sales target.
- Contact & follow up with all assigned leads.
- Monitor the market to be up to date by the new and old properties that are available for sale.
- Consult clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
- Assist clients to make purchasing decisions by advising them on the right property investment.
Customer Service
- Dress up formal and be elegant and professional all the time.
- Represent SHRE in the best professional image in the market.
- Follow up with the property suppliers effectively.
- Respond to telephone inquiries and scheduled site visits promptly.
- Accompany buyers during visits and inspections of the property to advise them on its suitability and value.
- Assist clients with handover of properties.
- Prepare & coordinate required documents (SPAs, invoice, viewing form the developer side)
- Contact leads immediately and arrange to meet the client ASAP to satisfy his requirement.
- Exceed customer expectation.
- Update all activities to CRM.
Personal Development & Training
- Attend all assigned technical & soft skills training.
- Be knowledgeable and updated on all projects’ details & descriptions.
- Self-follow up to the payment plans/ availability/ promotions updates from the developers.
- Self-coordination with developers’ sales agents towards deals execution or inquiries.
- Attend all the company meetings and event such as launches, exhibitions, open houses and others.
Market Awareness & Competitive Edge
- Compare similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
- Generate lists of properties that meets buyers’ or seller’s needs and financial resources.
Reporting & Process implementation
- Record and update all sales transactions on CRM.
- Ensure all required property information, availability, description, and details are accurately entered in CRM.
