As a Property Sales Consultant, your main responsibility is to achieve maximum sales income whilst having a strong support system from the company. We provide exemplary support by providing strong guidance, qualified leads, strong marketing & administrative support to ensure that our consultants are only focused on closing the deals with the clients.

Job Responsibilities:

·        Establish good working relationships with investors, sellers, landlords, tenants and represent them in real estate transactions.

·        Keep up-to-date and relevant to real estate market trends, conditions, and values.

·        Provides consultation and guidance to clients to optimize their investments or options.

·        Liaise negotiation process between the seller and buyer, landlord and tenant in fair and honest dealing.

·        Display and promote properties to possible clients through advertisements, open houses, virtual or physical viewings, and listing services.

·        Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.

·        Adhere to real estate laws and has good knowledge in finance, mortgage, and related government protocols.

·        Represents clients with all integrity and remarkable professionalism.

·        Achieves the sales target and drives revenue growth for the company.

·        Strictly complies with the company’s dress code policy.

  Requirements:

·        Minimum 2-year UAE experience in sales

·        Real Estate knowledge and experience

·        Good communication skills

·        Strong negotiation skills

·        Valid UAE Driving License

·        Arabic Speaker (Plus point)
