Ideally, we are looking for an ideal agent who is an areas specialist in any of the key communities and areas in Dubai, considering that everyone needs to be given a chance as far as you have a passion to work as a real estate broker. Responsibilities:

• Negotiate property deals with property owners, clients, or other agents.
• Giving and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose the best solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing between the Seller and the Buyer.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Manage secondary market property
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Develop networks and cooperate with developers
• Promote sales through advertisements, and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Important Requirements:

• Driver’s License
• Minimum 1-year experience in Real Estate Industry
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
