Job Description:
- Contribute to the development of Professional Development and Wellbeing policies in coordination with the Operational Policies and Governance section and the development of Professional Development and Wellbeing processes and procedures in coordination with the Organizational Excellence section in line with leading practices and relevant regulations
- Manage the development of professional development standards and frameworks to ensure the delivery of impactful and high-quality development programs for Teachers / School Leaders across institutions in line with the Ministry’s policies
- Maintain strong relationships with Ministry and regularly coordinate with Ministry to understand changes in the curriculum to assess the impact on Teachers / School Leaders and identify the required professional development plans across institutions
- Drive the identification of the mandatory development needs for Teachers / School Leaders across institutions based on changes in curriculum, individual and school evaluations, in coordination with Education Sectors as well as the Planning and Improvement and Learning Delivery departments.
- Ensure effective coordination with Education Sectors to identify specific development needs and develop the annual professional development plan for Teachers / School Leaders across institutions
