As a Product Design Lead, you will play a critical role in creating the future of our products. You would have to be capable of navigating ambiguity and be driven by the desire to discover clarity. You must also be able to consider multiple perspectives, objectives, and needs to arrive at the ideal solution.

• Job ResponsibilitiesLead the design of new products and features, from research and ideation to final delivery.
• As a User Experience Design Lead, you will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering teams to deliver a best-in-class user experience to product customers.
• Using UX metrics and a user-centered design process to provide insights to product engineering groups.
• Responsible for feature definition and interactions for new and existing users.
• Plan, coordinate, and perform UX interaction design and validation activities for a variety of products from a system design and data integration perspective.
• 3Create and occasionally conduct detailed research plans and protocols, analyze data, and develop plans to ensure enhance customer retention and ensure customer centricity.
• Work with product managers from product ideation to feature engineering, contributing to the product mission by ensuring the product solves customer pains and needs.
• Use design principles for user flows, accessibility, visual hierarchy, and brand influence.
• Collaborate with data team during the implementation phase to carefully translate product designs into incredible products.
• Use prototyping, user flows, storyboards, and/or existing research to provide design insights before delivering high-fidelity designs.
• Perform product discovery, design research and concept validation to inform experience definition and design concepts.
