We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as a Procurement Accountant. This role combines the responsibilities of managing procurement activities with accounting tasks to ensure efficient purchasing processes and accurate financial records.

Responsibilities: Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and purchasing goods and services required by the company. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules. Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships while evaluating vendor performance to ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards. Prepare purchase orders, review requisitions, and process invoices accurately and timely. Monitor inventory levels and manage inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize costs. Maintain accurate financial records related to procurement activities, including tracking expenses, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports for management. Assist in budgeting and forecasting related to procurement and supply chain expenditures. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations in all procurement and accounting activities.
