As Planning Executive will play a key role in enabling & optimizing sales. The candidate will be coordinating with different teams on a daily basis to create and implement the operational plan.
The candidate must have experience in demand planning, forecasting, procurement, or finance; preferably in consumer electronics or FMCG. We cover all countries in Middle East.

Demand Planning & Forecasting:
– Analyze market demand, forecast, set sales and supply plans.
– Control and manage supply and inventory at all levels.
Strategy
– Identify business opportunities and risks, market trends, and propose initiatives.
– Partner and follow up with sales, marketing, logistics, and finance departments to land strategic plans and daily operations effectively.
– Work closely with partners to understand their needs & plans and ensure satisfaction.
Operational Processes
– Continuously optimize operational processes to guarantee consistent business flow.
– Manage partner orders & procurement function: flag missing, excess, and ageing orders.
– Manage sales pipeline for near or long-term opportunities.
– Develop and manage CRM system, tools, and processes to increase effectiveness.
