
About the Position:
We currently looking to recruit an experienced and target driven Parts Sales Representative – B2B for our Parts Sales Division in FAMCO Dubai. Reporting to the National Parts Manager, you will be responsible for selling Spare Parts and Accessories to wholesale B2B customers within the industries of Heavy Commercial Vehicles, industrial Products & Construction Equipment’s.

Specifically, your key responsibilities are as follows:
- Managing and achieving Parts sales target according to plan & Developing Parts sales volumes in his designated area.
- Receive customer enquiries. Assist wholesale account customers in selecting required Parts or Accessories in friendly, professional and efficient manner. Advise the customers on benefits of using genuine Parts
- Ensure that the quotations, sales orders and application of customer discounts or special prices are performed as per the standard operating procedures.
- Follow-up on Parts back-orders so that customers receive timely information on the status of back-ordered Parts and ensure that such parts are delivered to the customer on the promised date.
- Warehouse Management & Operations, need to check the consignment accuracy with all the related document before shipment.
- Ensure customer complaint/s are addressed within the minimal time and customers are given the value for their spending.
