We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Operation Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations. As an Operation Supervisor, you will oversee a team of warehouse staff, manage inventory, and ensure the efficient flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. Responsibilities: Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including warehouse workers, forklift operators, and inventory clerks. Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and efficient space utilization. Train and onboard new warehouse employees, ensuring they are familiar with safety protocols and warehouse procedures. Enforce safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe and accident-free work environment. Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Maintain and update warehouse records, including inventory logs, shipping and receiving reports, and equipment maintenance records. Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs. Analyze warehouse operations to identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency measures. Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, inventory, or shipments in a timely and effective manner. Schedule and coordinate with transportation providers for the timely delivery of goods to customers. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to warehouse operations. Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations. Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of operations. Assist in the development and management of the warehouse budget. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in warehouse management.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role. Knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics. Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Forklift certification (preferred). Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
