Our client is now recruiting for an Operations Manager – Russian Speaker
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing trading operations
- Managing cargo operations (loadings, discharge, STS)
- Managing vessel operations (spot, time chartered and own vessels)
- Financial coordination (invoicing, costs calculations)
- Coordination with traders and major suppliers on the term deliveries of products
- Reviewing spot deal recaps of traders prior to finalizing deals (to mitigate operational risks)
- Drafting the Contracts;
- Vessel Operations (checking CPs, vetting vessels, voyage/discharge orders, stowage plans, LOIs, freight payments);
- Cargo Operations (contractual nominations, Documentary instructions, inspections, etc)
