- Oversee all meat processing aspects of the production from start to finish, manage the production team to ensure smooth process
- Review sales and revenue generation of the designated establishments
- Ensure that production of finished halal sausages meet the company quality specifications and standards
- Build and maintain good relationship to different clientele database – procurement, GMs, Directors
- Develop Events and organize developmental plan on how to grow the business
